You will see the Residential Support Advisers a lot more out and about around the campuses. They are on hand to discuss any questions you may have about your halls.
Residential Assistants live in the halls of residences with you and are normally returning students who have lived in halls before enabling them to help you settle in to your new accommodation and be on hand as a friendly face and a first point of contact.

All properties are visited and details checked to ensure compliance with the University Registration criteria.
The Housing Team are able to act as mediators between landlords and tenants should any problems occur and can also signpost to other relevant services.
Whatever your query, wherever you live in off-site accommodation Contact the Housing Team on 01242 715322 or email housingsupport@glos.ac.uk
Students are strongly recommended to wait for the release of the Univeristy Registered Housing List early in the new year before searching for properties. Information on how to access the list will be sent to students email prior to the release date.
Think carefully about who you are intending to share the accommodation with as you will be spending a lot of time with them and there will be no easy way to change this once contracts are signed.
Think about the personalities and lifestyles of your potential housemates and dont feel pressured into a situation you aren't happy with.
You will be signing a legal document stating you will stay in the property for a period of time; you cannot just leave half-way through, ensure you are happy with your choices and speak to someone if you need support.
