TRAINING

The Volunteering Shop offers a comprehensive training programme that addresses all your learning requirements to enable you to participate in the projects. These programmes help you to develop your existing skills and abilities and adopt new ones, which will enhance your CV and increase your employability.

Volunteers wishing to participate in the Volunteering Shops Student Led Projects are required to attend a training session before they begin. For external projects training required by the organisations will be stated in the role description.

In addition to the in-house training that is provided, the Volunteering Shop also actively encourages volunteers to attend other training courses such as:

First Aid Training
FA Level 1 Coaching course
Sign language
Mini bus driving test
