Our Mystery Shoppers are vital to the success of our partnerships with clients. They provide the view that our clients need in order to better understand what customers experience when they use their business.
As an assessor you will visit stores and events posing as a customer who needs to use their service. You will be asked to report on the various details of your \'shop\' via a pre-defined questionnaire, which will ask you to answer a series of questions and comment on things such as the quality of the service you received, the interior appearance of the branch etc. Training and supporting information that you will need is available via our website.
By logging onto the website you will be able to see all available assessments in your area, allowing you to choose to complete just one visit, or string a series together and plan a day to be spent shopping/ assessing, but getting paid to do it!
Once you’ve completed the assessment you need to submit your results - Simple!
