Supporting our sales teams in ensuring all colours, sizes and styles are available; they display them in their best light, taking every opportunity to attract customers to our Designers at Debenhams. 

Our Sales Adviser – Merchandisers strive to deliver the best possible service at every opportunity, offering our customers more ways to shop through their awareness of our ordering services and online shopping. Our teams are enthusiastic, with a can do attitude, and enjoy working in the busy and demanding world of retail. Equally, their ability to demonstrate initiative and a flexible approach are qualities which help create the best possible shopping experience.

The opening hours of our stores are extended for late night shopping at least 1 night a week therefore you will need to be flexible in regards to working hours to accommodate the later trading.

All of our teams will be required to work some of our most important trading dates which include 8th/9th, 15th/16th, 22nd/23rd December, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day , New Years Eve and New Years Day.

Please note: this role will require the successful applicant to be available to work varied hours throughout the week, to include shifts covering Monday – Sunday, morning, afternoon or evening.

You will be working on a rota basis therefore shifts may change weekly however you will receive your rota 4 weeks in advance.
