Debenhams Sales Advisers are the first point of contact for our customers, offering an exceptional service that we are proud of and ensuring nothing is too much trouble for the customers they serve. Our Sales Advisers use their knowledge of our business to promote our fantastic events, products and services, including our beauty club and account cards. They offer our customers more ways to shop through their awareness of our ordering services and online shopping. They strive to deliver the best possible service at every opportunity; whether at the till point, on the shop floor or in the fitting rooms every customer matters to us. 

A strong attention to detail through ensuring high standards of product presentation and keeping our displays immaculate and well replenished is vital. Equally, an ability to demonstrate initiative and a flexible approach are qualities which help create the best possible shopping experience.

Please note: this role will require the successful applicant to be available to work varied hours throughout the week, to include shifts covering Monday – Sunday, morning, afternoon or evening.

You will be working on a rota basis therefore shifts may change weekly however you will receive your rota 4 weeks in advance.

The opening hours of our stores are extended for late night shopping at least 1 night a week therefore you will need to be flexible in regards to working hours to accommodate the later trading. All of our teams will be required to work some of our most important trading dates which include 8th/9th, 15th/16th, 22nd/23rd December, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day , New Years Eve and New Years Day.
