The ideal person for the job:
A proven track record of excellent communication and customer service skills
Thrives under pressure and has the ability to work to tight deadlines
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Excellent telephone manner
A genuine interest in working with people
Hours – ideally you will be flexible but be able to work on average 2 full days per week
