Common Problems
Unsure what to do when the File Download pop up appears ! ? !
Simply click open and your default media player will open our radio stream. If this fails follow the step by step guide below for your media player, Tone radio recommends iTunes
iTunes
Step 1: Open iTunes
Step 2: Click the advanced tab on the top navigation
Step 3: Click open audio stream as highlight above and the below will open
Step 4 : Enter http://194.66.195.50:8000/listen.pls into the box and click the Ok button. iTunes will load the tone stream ! and your good to go !
Real Player
Please note Tone Radios stream is not supported in all versions of Real Player
Step 1 : Open Real Player
Step 2 : Click the file tab on the top navigation (shown below)
Step 3 : Click open location (shown above)
Step 4 : Enter http://194.66.195.50:8000/listen.pls into the box and click the open button. Real Player will load the tone stream ! and your good to go !
Windows Media Player
Please note Tone Radios stream is not supported in all versions of Windows Media Player
Step 1: Open Windows Media Player
Step 2: Left click to bring up the file menu ( As Shown Below)
Step 3: Click Open Url on the menu (Shown Below)
Step 4: Enter http://194.66.195.50:8000/listen.pls into the box and click the Ok button. Windows Media Player will load the tone stream ! and you're good to go !
