Hi guys, I'm Asha, and I'm running a 'How you getting on @ UoG' campaign, which   looks to help students who may be feeling uncertain, or who have doubts about   their university experience, and help give them support and guidance.

There will be dropping in sessions throughout the week, from different student   services, where you can have a session with them to ask any questions or get   some advice, as well as some therapeutic sessions going on in the week, to help   you reflect and relax.

We will also have top tips on socials, contact details for support services and a fb live chat with SU officer where we will all talk about our own experiences to help combat students feeling alone and down.

As well as this, there will also be some self care bags available for students to collect from the SU shop during the week. I'm hoping all of this will make a difference to students who are feeling overwhelmed and uncertain about their time at university so far.

The Students' Union exists to support you - we know things sometimes go wrong.

Unlike some other SUs, we don't have a professional advice team so we try to signpost you to as many places as we can where you can find support.

If you have an issue that you wish to discuss, please get in touch.

If we cannot help, we know someone who can and we signpost to lots of great, proffesional services.

Check out these pages under the Advice tab and if you want to talk to someone, contact the SU's elected Welfare Officer, Asha Sutton using the form below:
