A variety of training session are run every day of the week, sometimes twice a day, and are all tailored to suit all abilities.
Whether you want to row to relax, get fit quick or reach a high level of competition, we have a comprehensive range of sessions to offer. Although we work hard at training, it is always fun with a great family atmosphere.

Water training is run several times throughout the week, sometimes twice a day, allowing you to choose to go to as many or as few as you like, perfect for those with a busy timetable.
Our strength and conditioning sessions are a great way to improve your power in the boat, and paired with circuit training, you'll be strong and healthy in no time. Indoor rowing exercises every muscle in the body and is a great way to stay fit, and with no pressure being placed on joints, a good method of rehabilitation. We'll teach you correct technique to help you get the most out of your training.
