We will be training three times a week + s&c.
We will be training every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday (s&c).
Monday: @ Oxstalls Sports Hall 19:15 - 21:15pm
Tuesday: @ Oxstalls Sports Hall 20:15 - 22:15pm.
Thursday: @ Oxstalls Sports Hall 20:15 - 22.15pm
Sunday: @ Oxstalls Fitness Suite 14:15 - 15:15pm
Training is a brilliant way to improve your skills, improve your fitness and bond with the rest of the team! It is important that if you want to play Volleyball for the team that you attend as many of these sessions as you can. We always make sessions fun and enjoyable so everyone feels comfortable no matter what ability.
