Events Manager

The University of Gloucestershire Students' Union is looking for an Events Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll operationally manage events for the Students’ Union and deliver a programme of events across all our campuses. We're looking for someone who is passionate about organising events, has experience running successful events and is ready to get stuck into a challenging but highly rewarding role. Trustee - Chair of Audit and Risk Committee

The University of Gloucestershire Students’ Union is seeking to appoint a new trustee to join our board.  The new trustee would have a financial background and would chair the audit and risk sub-committee, as well as be an active member of our current board that meets 5 times per year.  The new trustee will add expertise and skills to help achieve our aims of being a best practice board within the students’ union sector, and help to improve our Students’ Union’s effectiveness in supporting every student to have a life-enhancing student experience at Gloucestershire.

The Students’ Union at the University of Gloucestershire delivers a range of activities and opportunities to enhance the lives of our students from sport and societies, to welfare and representation.

SU Crew 2018 (Freshers' Volunteer)

Your Students’ Union will be seeking returning students to volunteer to help the team in delivering our Freshers’ Fortnight 2018 activities and events.  The student volunteers who work with us during Freshers' are highly valued by the SU and the University.

You will have fun, make friends and be a part of one of the biggest events of the University calendar.  You can help make a lasting impression on our new students and have an amazing week at the same time!  Our volunteers are expected to undertake a variety of roles during the period and are always absolutely vital in making Freshers’ Fortnight one to remember for all involved.
