We are delighted to announce that the University has agreed to keep all libraries open 24/7!

We understand how important it is that you can access these spaces to study, use the computers and get assignments done.

We would like to say a big thank you and well done to the amazing library staff who have worked hard to get this sorted for students. We know that the libraries really care about students at Gloucestershire and like all of us want you to achieve your potential- this is a big step that will help this.

Maisie Jerrim, Education Officer

‘This is fantastic news and we are delighted that the libraries have taken this action. 24/7 library access will help support students to study and achieve academic success in great learning environments. We are pleased that student feedback has been listened to and acted upon.

A big part of my manifesto this year is to help students access library services and I will be working with the libraries next to improve the access to online journals and the discovery service.’

The libraries are now open 24/7, if you have further feedback about your student experience talk to SimOn www.yourstudentsunions.com/Simon
