A fun and energetic club where you can go to have a laugh, keep fit and potentially learn some life saving skill with our self defence section.
Training takes place in the hall at Park Campus, just off reception. We train from 6.30 to 7.30 on most Mondays and Wednesdays and welcome people of any skill or ability. Previous experience can be helpful but is by no means neccesary.
Our instructor Dal is an enthusiatic and friendly person who is capable of supporting the newcomers whilst pushing those that have the potential to improve themselves!
In Tae Kwon Do we strive for self improvement and therefore our sessions are aimed at improving ones own skills as opposed to competing with others!
