// Yoga and Meditation //
We organise weekly classes for Yoga and Meditation, hosted by our teacher Sandy Man. We aim to create a relaxing and friendly environment that everyone can benefit from, inside and outside of sessions, by working towards healthier bodies and minds.
Yoga and gentle stretching can help improve posture and core strength if practised regularly, particularly helpful if you are stuck at a desk all day, and allows time to wind down and relax. It also helps to gently exercise injuries without being too intense.

Fridays: 4pm-5pm @FCH Campus Room HC303 (Drawing Room)
£6 per class or £30 for 6 classes (PayPal payments are available)
Sessions are open to everyone of any ability (staff are also welcome to attend) and mats are provided or you can bring your own.
No commitment, sessions are pay-as-you-go, just turn up in comfortable clothes! We look forward to seeing you soon!
